software, or services (the "Apps") created or provided by five8ten AI. By using our Apps, you agree to
these Terms.
five8ten AI develops applications that utilize artificial intelligence (AI) to generate content, data, or
automation. You acknowledge that AI technology is evolving and that outputs may occasionally be
inaccurate, biased, or incomplete.
Permission is granted to use the Apps for personal or internal business purposes. Under this license,
you may not:
Modify or copy the source code of the Apps;
Use the Apps for any illegal purpose or to generate harmful content;
Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained within the Apps;
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
You are responsible for any data, text, or images ("Inputs") you provide to the Apps. You represent that
you have the necessary rights to use such Inputs. five8ten AI does not claim ownership over the
specific outputs generated for you, but you grant us a license to process your Inputs to provide the
service.
The "as-is" nature of AI means that five8ten AI cannot guarantee the accuracy of results. Users should
independently verify any critical information generated by the Apps. five8ten AI is not liable for
decisions made based on AI-generated content.
Our Apps may integrate with or utilise APIs from third parties (e.g., OpenAI, Google). Your use of the
Apps is also subject to the terms and conditions of these third-party providers where applicable.
In no event shall five8ten or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation,
damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to
use the Apps, even if five8ten AI has been notified of the possibility of such damage.
five8ten may revise these Terms at any time without notice. By using our Apps, you are agreeing to
be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Service.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the relevant laws of
Australia, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
